A bad presentation can have serious consequences. As well as damaging your brand and your reputation, it will almost certainly destroy the message you’re trying to get across to your audience. And if your message doesn’t get through, you’ve failed.
But as a presenter, you or the member of your team on stage will be staring out at a sea of unengaged faces – people gazing at their phones, looking out of the window or, worse still, getting up and walking out of the room.
